All Applicants Must Have the Following Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Flexible work schedule including some evenings, weekends and holiday
- Clear verbal presentation and selling of the CLOVR Life Spa Gilbert Wellness Program
- A passion for people and sales and a high level of enthusiasm
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, working as a team, and bringing a positive energy to all aspects of spa operations
- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
- Detail oriented to ensure all aspects of the spa are operating as expected
- Ability to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Experience with MS-Office package including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Retail management/sales experience is a plus
- Experience with a booking system is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer based POS, scheduling and inventory control systems
- Career oriented, professional, team player
Principle Duties for Host:
- Close 35% or greater membership sales
- Promoting and selling CLOVR Life Spa Gilbert Wellness Program and retail products
- Answer phone calls, book appointments and maintain fluid operations at the front desk
- Helps maintains an impeccable clean spa
- Maintain Spa Etiquette and Professionalism
- Retail Sales & Product Knowledge Education
- Assists Inventory Control Processes
- Participates in monthly employee/marketing meetings
- Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance and data entry of guest records
